Shipping & Returns
Every order is packed by hand and sent out with care. Here is what to expect once you have placed it.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Metro cities — 2–4 working days
Rest of India — 4–7 working days
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Orders above our free-shipping threshold are delivered at no extra cost anywhere in India.
Returns
If something is not right, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please email us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement straight away at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
